Assignment: 
Replace CEO. After 25 years with the organization we require new leadership.

Solution: Entire "management" team and selected board members are involved in interviews. A template for succession is implemented and seven candidates are interviewed /assessed and re-interviewed until successor is selected.

Results: Company re-organized, streamlined and executive management team held accountable for change and growth; heretofore non-existent. Revitalization of management motivates proactive leadership styles throughout and produces significant profit enhancements.
